AI x Energy has established three important awards. Please follow the links and description below to nominate yourself or a colleague for the awards. Self-nomination is permitted.

Best Poster Award
Eligibility
- All posters are eligible for the Best Poster Award.
- The first author must present the poster during the Summit.
- The poster must align with the summit’s themes in AI x Energy.
- The poster should be original and novel.
Award Detail
- A committee will evaluate all posters and select the top posters for the Best Poster Awards.
- The Awards will be given during the Award Ceremony at the Summit.
- Presenters of the Best Poster Awards will receive certificates of recognition.
- Awardees will get discounted registration for next year’s Summit.
- Awardees will be featured on the conference website & social media.
Outstanding Young Scientist Award
Eligibility
- Open to researchers within 15 years of receiving their BS degree as of the summit date.
- Must submit a nomination through the official submission system.
- Research must be original, unpublished, and align with summit themes.
- Affiliation with a recognized university or research body.
- Must register for and attend the Summit in the respective categories.

- A committee will review all nominations and select the top candidates to give out the Young Scientist Award.
- The Awards will be given during the Award Ceremony at the Summit.
- Recipients will receive a certificate for the award.
- Discounted registration for next year’s Summit.
- Featured on the conference website and Social media.
Top Leaders in AI
Eligibility
- Open to leaders and scientists in the field of AI.
- Must submit a nomination through the official submission system.
- Nominee must have demonstrated originality in leadership and/or research in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Affiliation with a recognized university or research body.
- Must register for and attend the Summit in the respective categories.
Award Detail
- A committee will review all nominations and select the top candidates to give out the Award.
- The Awards will be given during the Award Ceremony at the Summit.
